Kids Kung-Fu

Give your kids the Tools They Need to Succeed!!


Our exciting and unique programs for children focus on developing discipline, character, respect and self control in a safe, friendly, and positive environment.  Martial Arts is good, clean fun for kids, and a great way to give them a head start on life.  At our Academy, they will learn the positive benefits of self-discipline and self-confidence, develop coordination and increase strength and flexibility, while learning good and proper self defense skills.

 

  Because a strong structure of respect is an integral part of Kung-Fu, children develop and enhance their ability to listen, learn, and achieve, and all this is conducted in a safe, secure and comfortable environment.

 

Our instructors are highly trained Black Belt professionals.    Their energy, enthusiasm, helpfulness, and friendliness are proof that our program works.  Parents are reassured to know that all classes are conducted by professional instructors who teach by example the best in behavior and discipline, and provide constant supervision and education.  They strive daily to be the best they can be, and they are dedicated to instilling the same values and desire for success to every student in every class.

Adult Classes

 

The heart of the martial arts programs offered at our Academy is the Shaolin system of Kung-fu. Shaolin Kung-fu is a 1500 year old system of martial arts that has only been taught in the U.S. for approximately 30 years. Today, the ancient training methods are taught at our school as a way of gaining self-confidence and self-discipline, as well as developing excellent self-defense capabilities.

The main focus of our Academy is the study of Shaolin 5 Animal Kung-Fu including a full range of classical weapons training. Training is conducted through the performance of Shaolin animal forms, in which we copy and imitate the defensive and offensive movements of animals, such as Tiger, Snake, Dragon, Crane, and many more.

We are also pleased to offer training in traditional Kung-Fu styles such as Hung-Gar and Choy-Li-Fut, as well as training in Southern Mantis as a part of our curriculum.  East West Kung-Fu is also a Wing-Tzun training center teaching the art that was made famous by Bruce Lee.

These complementary styles will teach the student unique and challenging methods of movement that will improve balance, coordination, and strength. These methods also translate well into self-defense and fighting techniques.

Womens KickBoxing Fitness

    

This is a fun and exciting fitness program based on real real Kickboxing techniques and training, with NO CONTACT. Do everything that a real kickboxer does except get hit! Tuesday is devoted to upper body and conditioning, with lots of punching, rope jumping, and bag work. Thursday and Friday is lower body night beginning with an excellent flexibility workout and proceeding to a series of bag kicking and punching routines that will help balance and strength, while developing good, solid self-defense abilities. This is a fun, no-contact, no-pain class that will leave you refreshed and relieved. Warning-perspiration heavy!!!!
